1. Introduction and Acceptance

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the x789 Platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in x789's Complaints Policy, a copy of which is available from the x789 support team on request.

x789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that these Terms have been breached or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to x789 or other players. Where an account is closed without fault on the player's part, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
